Whatever your goals, I’m excited to work with you over one or many sessions to move towards them.

All sessions are 1:1 on Zoom, unless otherwise agreed, and are completely confidential.
PERSONAL CLIENTS

Consultation
I will then contact you to arrange a free 30minute Zoom consultation. This initial session will explore your expectations of coaching, what you’re hoping to achieve and answer any questions you may have.

Package Selection
If you choose to go ahead, you can then decide which package of support works best for you.

Preparation
In preparation for our first formal coaching session, you should think about what goals or topics will be most useful for us to work on within the amount of time you have invested in.

Ponder on what steps you’ve already taken to achieve these, what you currently think your options are and jot down any thoughts you’d like to share with me on this.
You should also consider any factors that may limit the success of our work together so that we can discuss and resolve these as far as possible.

Standalone Session
In this immersive 90minute session, we will get really clear on your desired outcome, examine what your current reality looks like, explore a number of possible options you could take and then create a path forward. You will leave feeling much clearer and committed to the action you need to take.

Standalone Session with Follow-Up
We will use the core 90minute session to get really clear on your desired outcome, examine what your current reality looks like, explore a number of possible options you could take and then create a way forward. You will leave feeling much clearer and committed to the action you need to take.

We will then return to the coaching space within 4 weeks to review your progress, consider any challenges that may have arisen and integrate key learnings that you can take forward.

4-Session Package
Over a wider 4 session framework of support, you will plot where you want to go and how you’d like to get there, then check in and refine your thinking and actions along the way.

Within our first session, we’ll get really clear on the issue(s) that are affecting you and the key outcome(s) you’d like by the end of the programme.
​
As you start implementing a plan or working through an issue, we often find that other unexpected considerations arise. So, we’ll explore what’s most important to you and encourage self-enquiry and reflection as you move through this period of change.
​
In the final session we’ll review progress against your original objectives, identify any fresh thinking or learnings you’ve arrived at and establish what needs to happen going forward.
​
The sessions can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly to ensure time to reflect and implement whilst maintaining your momentum.

8-Session Package
Over a more sustained programme of support, you will drive towards a more complex goal and/or challenge your mindset, limiting beliefs and resistance to change.
Within our first session, we’ll get really clear on the issues that are affecting you and the key outcomes you’d like by the end of the programme.

There may be multiple areas you’d like to explore, so we’ll use this first session to establish what they are and how you’d like to prioritise these during our time together.
​
As we move towards the middle of the programme, we’ll review progress so far against your original objectives, identify any patterns or common themes that are emerging and any fresh thinking or learnings that you can already integrate.
​
We’ll also check-in on your original goals and restate or refine these to set the intention for the remainder of the programme.
​
We will of course remain flexible, as unforeseen issues can arise over a longer coaching period and you will remain in full control of how best to use our time together.
​
As we move towards the final session, we’ll focus on what success looks like now – perhaps it’s different to what you originally expected - and what needs to happen going forward.
​
We’ll identify measures you can put in place to support yourself and your ongoing success beyond the coaching relationship.
​
The first four sessions will take place weekly or fortnightly to ensure momentum and then, if you’d prefer, we can meet 3-weekly or monthly for the final sessions, to offer greater time to embed your desired level of change whilst continuing to check in on your progress.
